The Advanced Health Education Center is a medical training company located in Houston, Texas. AHEC chose to develop an international registration system that can be viewed globally and accepts multiple payment methods including bank drafts, credit cards, Paypal etc. The site must allow for events (courses) and prevent registration during overlapping events. The system delivered not only allows all functionality the client needed, it also provides additional capabilities, based on the DTH Development Registration Engine called DT Register. This system provides Powerful event registration capabilities and with the enhancements made by Digital Reality, the system truly delivers what the client expects.

This website presented some special challenges. First it requires language translation capabilities. The site can be viewed in virtually any language thanks to Google Translate and Jquery translation. Second the site required custom bank drafting instructions since many international locations do not always have or use common credit cards. Finally, the system required the capability to allow the Management to remote manage the clients registration and add additional people manually for a course.

Other really nice features of this system includes; Google Maps Integration for Directions to an events location, Rotating AJAX (flash-like) effects to show other course information, the ability use bar-coding for event check-in using a bar code scanner and a laptop.
